D.A. Mattsson AB (2021)
We are pleased to deliver the first QuantorXL drum composting plant to D.A. Mattsson’s recycling facility in Upplands Väsby, north of Stockholm.
Green Soil Bergslagen AB (2020)
We are pleased to deliver a second QuantorXL drum composting plant to be installed in Alfta outside Bollnäs for sludge and horse manure, etc. The focus for this plant has been to build the outer areas in levels to improve flow handling.
Hummeltorp Sverige AB (2019)
We are pleased to now deliver the first QuantorXL drum composting plant for horse manure. The plant will also be complemented with a heat recovery system (for two drums) to heat offices and workshops as well as hot water.
Royal Djurgården Administration (2018)
We have been given the honor to set up a QuantorXL drum composting plant within the city tolls in northern Stockholm to hygienize/compost horse manure from stables in Stockholm for the court, the police, the military and private horses.
Ålandskomposten (2017)
We are pleased to now deliver a complete plant including drum composting for household waste and a crushing/pumping installation for slaughter and fish waste, plus a heat-exchanger system that transfers hot air/steam from the drum to heat leachate which is then treated in our water treatment plant.
Low energy consumption of approx. 25,000 kWh/year and recovered process energy of about 100,000 kWh/year.
MEWAB in Karlstad (2017)
An upgraded steam hygienization plant, QuantorSX, hygienizes concentrated poultry manure according to current EU requirements.
Klöverbergsgården in Luleå (2016)
An upgraded steam hygienization plant, QuantorSX, hygienizes concentrated poultry manure according to current EU requirements.
Rölunda Produkter in Forsbacka (2015)
A newly developed smaller steam hygienization plant, QuantorSteam, hygienizes concentrated poultry manure according to current EU requirements.
Wiggeby Gård (2013)
Wiggeby Gård on Ekerö primarily hygienizes horse manure in its QuantorXL® plant. By adding pre-composting under roof, throughput can be increased and the plant’s total capacity raised.
Mellby Gård (2011)
First large-scale composting of pig manure in operation.
Rölunda Produkter (2009)
Composting for horse and cow manure as well as vegetable waste. One Quantor drum in the plant treats approx. 15,000 m³/year.

Three Quantor drums for horse manure.
