What it is
QuantorXL is a high-performance in-vessel composting system that accelerates biological degradation while maintaining the conditions required for hygienization. Internally, our innovative solution is arranged to mix, lift, aerate and convey material in a controlled pattern. This geometry delivers predictable transport and mixing, enabling accurate retention-time control through the drum.
Hygienization you can trust
The system is validated by the Swedish Board of Agriculture and meets European requirements for animal by-products (ABP), Category 3 and sludge. Temperature-time profiles are maintained consistently, with the controlled residence time providing the foundation for pathogen kill and seed inactivation.

Operation & service
ECS designs the retention-time set-up, mixing recipe and airflow for your feedstock. After commissioning, remote access allows ECS to refine parameters as operating data accumulates. An annual service visit keeps the system in prime condition. The philosophy is simple: make it easy for the operator.
